Jilbee Engineering is looking for a Sales Executive to join the expanding Engineering Services Business Development team in our new Pune office. The successful candidate will be an essential part of the Business Development function of the dynamic, high growth oriented organization aiding the company’s growth in the Engineering Services Space in the European Market. Responsibilities include:
- Outbound sales calls to develop new business opportunities for Jilbee Engineering in a specific Industry Vertical.
- Building relationships with prospects ensuring leads/meetings develop to next steps by tracking opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Meet predefined KPIs in terms of setting up high quality meetings and Revenue targets for the specific Industry Vertical within Europe.
- Providing Market intelligence / inputs to Marketing for the development of marketing collateral for the specified industry.
- Developing and Maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and potential new business opportunities.
- Development of a deep understanding of the specific Industry and the alignment of Jilbee offerings to the key challenges / pain areas of the prospects.
- Regularly report detailed activities to senior management of the company.
- Travel to present Jilbee Engineering and its services to customers in Europe if required.
- Engineering Degree (preferably in Mechanical / Electrical) with 2-3 years experience in Demand Generation Activities in Engineering Services.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Written and Verbal). Ability to communicate in German will be a major plus.
- Self Driven, aggressive, goal oriented and able to take initiative. Also able to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable to new work requirements and a positive attitude towards change.
